Counselling can allow you to be heard, to talk freely and to be yourself. Being listened to in a non-judgemental way can be the therapeutic journey to see yourself differently. I work with kindness, creativity, with compassion and humour to help you gain a greater insight and understanding of your inner thoughts and feelings. This may empower you to make changes or it may give you the tools you need to develop solutions to any issues you have struggled with.

This also gives us an opportunity to find what has brought you to counselling and for you to voice any questions you may have.
