About Me
I can offer short or long term counselling to individuals of 16 years and older in a supportive and confidential setting. My approach is as a person centred Integrative therapist, which enables me to adapt the work to suit your individual needs.
I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor with a post-graduate Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy from Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) which is accredited by UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapists) and BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I am a member of BACP and adhere to its code of ethics. I also attend regular supervision with a qualified and accredited supervisor to ensure that I work safely and ethically. I am fully insured.
I have worked for Help Counselling, Bristol and The Bourne Family Project in Kingswood, before setting up my private practice. I have experience in a broad range of issues which include some of the following-
